Grupo Senzala

Joining the Capoeira Senzala Group, is joining the History of Capoeira in Brazil and around the World.

Instructor Abelha started the Capoeira in Dammarie les Lys, near Paris France in 1999 with the Senzala Group from Mestre Elias.

​

After training 12 years with Mestre Banana, Mestre Torneiro e Mestre Mark York, he decided to move to Bali Indonesia where he created Capoeira Senzala Bali.

​

Since there, he have been developing and sharing Capoeira all around the world ( Indonesia, Chile, Malaysia, USA ) in schools where he worked on the development of Capoeira in Primary, middle and High School.

​

Today, he is opening a New Club in Campo the Ourique, Heart of the Portuguese Capital, Lisboa.
